The scope is what the signed quote or contract lists. Anything not listed is excluded. We will tell you before we start if a site condition changes the scope.
Payment terms, deposits and stage payments are stated in your quote or contract. Materials and custom items may require payment before ordering. Late payment may delay work.
If you ask for changes, we will confirm in writing the effect on price and timeline before doing the work. Verbal requests are not binding until confirmed.
Many works need approval from a developer, community, landlord or authority. Where we agree to prepare or submit drawings, we will do so on the information you provide. Approval decisions are made by the relevant body, so we cannot guarantee outcomes or timing.
Programmes are estimates. Delays can result from approvals, weather, supply of materials, access, changes and events outside our control. We will tell you about delays that affect the agreed dates.
If you cancel, you pay for work done, materials ordered or made for you, and reasonable costs we cannot recover. Details are in your quote or contract.
Workmanship and product warranties, if any, are stated in your quote or contract and by manufacturer terms. Normal wear, misuse, lack of maintenance and work by others are not covered. Tell us promptly about defects so we can inspect.
We are responsible for our own work as set out in the contract. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Designs, drawings and images we create remain ours until paid for in full, and you may use them for the project they were made for. We may photograph completed work for our portfolio unless you tell us in writing not to.
Do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it or copy our content for commercial use without permission. We may update or remove content at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE. We will try to resolve disputes by discussion first. Courts of Dubai have jurisdiction unless the contract states otherwise.
