Dubai summers combine strong sun, humidity near the coast, dust and occasional heavy rain. Here is how aluminium handles each, including the trade-offs.

Heat and UV

Powder-coated aluminium does not warp, split or need re-oiling like timber can, and quality coatings are made to resist UV fading.

Humidity and salt air

Aluminium does not rot or attract termites. Near the sea or a pool, ask for a coating specified for coastal conditions.

Strength and spans

Extruded profiles are light but stiff, so slimmer posts and longer spans are possible than with timber.

From site visit to handover in six steps

Every project follows the same sequence, so you know what happens next and what we need from you.

  1. Consultation and site visit

    We measure, check the sun direction, the existing slab or wall, and where power for motors and lighting can come from.

  2. Design planning

    We agree layout, system type, colours and accessories, and produce drawings for you to approve.

  3. Material selection

    Profiles, finish, roof infill and motor or controls are chosen to match the brief and the location.

  4. Fabrication

    Components are fabricated to the approved dimensions before they come to site.

  5. Installation and inspection

    Installation typically takes a few days depending on size and complexity, followed by a quality inspection.

  6. Aftercare

    Handover, care instructions and maintenance or repair support when you need it.

Check approvals early. Villas in master-planned communities and commercial units often need the developer's or landlord's NOC before a new structure is built, and requirements differ by community. Ask us to go through your community's requirements at the site visit.

Is an aluminium pergola suitable for Dubai's heat and humidity?

Should I choose aluminium or a wooden pergola?

What is the difference between a louvred and a retractable pergola?

Do I need approval or an NOC to build a pergola in Dubai?

It depends on your property and the structure. Villas in master-planned communities and commercial units commonly need the developer's or landlord's NOC, and some structures may need other approvals. Rules differ by community, so confirm requirements early. We can go through them with you at the site visit.

How long does installation take?

Installation typically takes a few days depending on size and complexity. Fabrication and delivery time depend on the system and finish, and are confirmed in your written quote.

How much does an aluminium pergola cost in Dubai?

Can you fit a pergola beside a pool, on a terrace or for a restaurant?

Yes. Poolside installations use marine-grade aluminium for humid, chlorinated areas, and commercial canopies use heavy-duty frames. Terraces and wall-mounted designs need the wall or slab checked at the site visit.
